I’m Craig Hammond, founder and CEO of Pajamas. Pajamas are a replacement and an option for disposable diapers that

help kids potty train at night. Our product is more eco-friendly, a lot more cost effective, and can help children

actually potty train more quickly. I have a friend who is a minority investor in Pjamos and he’s great, really well

connected. Um, and he actually has known Damon for several years and reached out to Damon just kind of getting his his

feedback on our site design, any potential optimization uh, opportunities and of course SEO. And Damon was so kind. and he said, “Hey,

here’s like an analysis of your of your website.” And I was so impressed that I

said, “Let’s talk.” We went to lunch and um immediately I just knew this guy’s a true expert in his field. When we met

with Damon, I was asked, I said, “What’s your secret sauce?” A lot of agencies claim to have this secret sauce, right?

Like, “Oh, it’s our Coke recipe or whatever.” and he just said, “Honestly,

we pride ourselves in being up todate and really staying on top of our tasks so that we do our job and in the time frame that we tell you we will.” Like,

And I remember I left that meeting and my buddy called me who connected us said, “What do you think?” And I said,

“I’m actually really relieved that he doesn’t have this secret sauce that he sells. He just sells their expertise and

they actually follow through on that commitment and that promise. And so the fact that they don’t have a secret sauce

actually makes me like them more because it just shows that they really know what they they’re doing. They don’t have to try and sell this mystical, you know,

unknown. But it’s just, hey, we’re experts and we know how to do it and we’re going to do it. And they really do. The results started coming in

honestly rather quickly. In talking with Damon, we learned that we have a huge opportunity to increase our site traffic based on similar competing keywords,

right? So that might be potty training at night or bedwedding alarms. Just in the first few months, we’ve seen significant increases in our placement.

You know, we weren’t even unless somebody searched pajamas, we weren’t even like searchable. you couldn’t see us on the first 10 pages. From a page

rank perspective, we’ve seen significant increases. Um, from a conversion perspective, which really impacts our

business, um, we’ve seen 2 to 3x conversion in direct site traffic. So,

if people are coming direct, the page is so much better optimized based off their recommendations that we’re seeing uh, what would that be? probably a 20%

decrease in bounce rate and like a 2 to 3x conversion in direct site traffic. I would absolutely recommend SEO National.

that we’re focusing more on as social media continues to just balloon in pricing. So, my recommendation to people

looking to start um businesses or people who already have web businesses is to

be ready to consider tactics outside of paid social media because that’s what everybody does right now. Everybody’s essentially competing on Facebook. Well,

that drives up the cost on Facebook. So if you have other tactics that you can employ from a marketing perspective,

then it’s going to benefit your company.
